Tomorrow I will be making the first recipe out of the Family Weight-Watching chapter in the Good Housekeeping Cookbook of 1963. I will be cooking my way through this cookbook. If you have been a reader for a while you will recall that I started this a couple of years ago. Once I got too sick I had to abandon it. When I was flipping through the cookbook I noticed this chapter near the front, and at the end of the chapter they provided a handful of recipes - I had completely missed this before.
